AHIF is pleased to partner with TBI Survivor Joanna to provide weekly on-line yoga sessions!


Joanna is a yoga teacher, and a TBI survivor of multiple concussions.  She received her yoga certification in 2011, and recently completed additional certification through the Love Your Brain Foundation, which focuses on introducing yoga to the brain injury community.  She has previous experience teaching yoga on Hawaiian television and at the Omega Holistic Institute in Rhinebeck, NY, as well as other universities and hospitals.
